Every indicator has a target which they agreed for. For example "Ninety five percent of all times, waiting at business class check-in shouldn't take longer than twelve minutes". In total thousands of these individual contracts are circulating at the same time.

As a professional service company, Swissport measures the level of quality of all provided services. All results are collected and compared with the agreed targets. The Swissport management, station managers and relations have access to these results.
